I use 1 of 2 weapons for most low-mid level ghoul encounters. The Deliverer is great for sniping at mid to long range. I also keep a .38 rifle modded with the best gear that I use specifically for ghoul killing. It's great for large groups. The shots can remove arms and legs to thin out the heard.
