I'm starting my search for a 454 block to build a stroker with, and I'm unsure of what bore I was going to go with be it, .030, .060, or .100. I wanted to see if there was a specific block I should be looking for to leave these options open. I know the first two any 454 block will do as long as its in good shape. Just wasnt sure on the .100.

Otherwise, a ruler or tape measure should get you close. If you roughly measure a 3 and 3/4" stroke and a 4 1/4" bore then it is a 427.
