The point CrazyB0 is trying to get across about the 1988-P & D reverse design varieties is correct, but the scarce varieties for the two (reverse of 1989) are indeed the same reverse design known as a " Wide AM " on the 1998-2000 coins. The 1988 with reverse of 1989, and the 1998-2000 "Wide AMs" are all RDV-006.
